Congratulations to Woodard, Emhardt partner Tim Thomas on his 20th anniversary with the firm. Tim started with the firm in 1990, was admitted to the U.S. Patent Bar in 1992, and was elected to the firm partnership in 1996.  He is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Masters of Science degree in Public Policy and Publication Administration.  He attended law school at Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, where he served as Executive Editor of the Indiana Law Review.  Congratulations Tim!
