It’s May in Indianapolis and that means: the 106th running of the Indianapolis 500 is just around the corner. To prepare for “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing,” Dan Lueders and firm client, Knauf Insulation, were the guests of KeyBank for practice day where they enjoyed the roar of engines and saw their favorite drivers push their cars to the limit at speeds over 230 mph.
Dan Lueders also had the opportunity to experience speeds and g-forces previously available to only a handful of elite drivers as a passenger in a 2-seater purpose-built Dallara chassis which allows a passenger to sit behind the driver. The car is complete with an authentic racing engine that can power the car up to over 180 mph.
Special thanks to Key Bank for hosting this fun day at the track.
