Family owned, Green Leaf®, Incorporated, began manufacturing products for the agricultural industry in 1979 and has grown to specialize in designing and manufacturing injection molded nylon and polypropylene liquid handling products including valves, cam lever couplings, fittings, and sprayer components. Keeping pace with technology and providing innovative solutions for the end-user, Green Leaf® utilizes fully automated robotics in its manufacturing and the latest equipment in product marking and special packaging.

Charlie Meyer has represented Green Leaf®, Incorporated for more than twenty years, managing their U.S. trademark and patent portfolio including searching and clearance, filing and prosecution, and post-registration and patent maintenance. This included assisting in the launch of Green Leaf®’s TERREMAX and WORKHORSE SPRAYER brands. When needed, Charlie handled contested matters for Green Leaf, including licensing, resolving oppositions and cancellation actions before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and court actions.
