The firm congratulates Matthew M. Gardlik on his completion of the United Way of Central Indiana’s signature community leadership and board member development program, Leadership United.

Matt was one of 23 leaders selected to participate in the three-month program. Matt and his classmates heard from experts in the field of leadership and board member development, learned from subject-matter experts about our Central Indiana’s most pressing needs, and participated in immersive learning experiences centered around interactive activities, team building and leadership development.

As part of this experience, Matt also served as a board fellow for the Martin Luther King Community Development Center.
