At the annual meeting of the MLK Center Board of Directors on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, Matthew M. Gardlik, Ph.D. was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for a three-year term.
Prior to his election, Dr. Gardlik served as a Board Fellow for the MLK Center through the United Way’s Leadership United program. During this time, Dr. Gardlik learned about the programs and services the Center provides to the community. Dr. Gardlik was especially impressed by the Center’s year-round reading intervention and enrichment program, Read to Lead.
Dr. Gardlik looks forward to serving with like-minded professionals to further the mission of the MLK Center.
