Law Students

Every law student we hire must be eligible to sit for the patent bar exam or is already a patent agent before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The Firm maintains a summer associate program for students who have completed their first or second year of law school. The program is geared towards providing an accurate picture of life as an attorney within the Firm. Summer associates can expect to work on a variety of projects including legal research, writing and litigation support. In addition, the Firm includes summer associates in its patent prosecution training programs and other practice group seminars.

The Firm seeks to employ talented attorneys with a background in technology and related sciences. The Firm provides a variety of development resources for new associates, including a concentrated patent prosecution training program and various in-house seminars related to intellectual property law.

Professional Staff

The Firm recognizes that a well-organized support staff is critical to success in today’s legal market. In addition to legal assistants and client managers, the Firm has occasional need for individuals with skill in accounting, business development, administration and information technology support.
