Taylor assists in preparing patent, trademark, and copyright applications and conducting patentability searches for a wide variety of client technologies including biotechnology, medical devices, smart manufacturing, and mechanical systems.
Before joining the firm, Taylor gained valuable experience working at the Brookhaven National Laboratory implementing a program to encourage the commercialization of highly technical early state innovations. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Francois Rivera and the Honorable Maria Vazquez-Doles. While pursuing her Bachelors degree in Biology, Taylor was a research assistant where she studied gene evolution to investigate essential genes for viability in Drosophila melanogaster.
